TBWA & SixToes approached us to help them communicate the customer journey and benefits of Singapore Airlines recently refreshed Kris+ app. But how to communicate the value and rewards the app offers to their growing loyalty customer base in a fun and engaging way?

THE SOLUTION

We decided to turn the Kris+ App into an enchanting Rube Goldberg machine. A single tap sets off a mesmerising chain of delightful experiences, from gourmet feasts to shopping sprees, all woven into the magical world of Singapore Airlines’s Kris+ App. This imaginative approach turned the app into a portal of endless excitement and surprises while highlighting the vast array of member benefits.
