A Carbon Art Director is a position of great creative responsibility. It’s your artistic genius that gives birth to original ideas that become the creative products our clients pay for. The same ideas will inspire design teams to do their best work bringing them to life and will instill confidence in the account and production teams to stand behind them. An Art Director is a true conceptualist that can articulate their thoughts and ideas through various creative methods and then guide the creative process to final execution.

Associate Creative Director

An Associate Creative Director forms part of the management team at Carbon and comes with great responsibility. You are empowered to make key decisions around creative concepts, creative direction and delivery of creative work. You may well be the final ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ for work that intended to go to market. You are also the driving force of the creative team you lead and must develop and nurture the creative talent to the best of their abilities. The ACD position is the next step to true creative leadership.

Creative Director

A Carbon Creative Director forms part of the management team and comes with great responsibility. Sitting in the driving seat of the creative team you will govern, police and elevate the creative proposition and products that Carbon takes to market. Nothing leaves our walls without your seal of approval. You’re the person that your creatives aspire to be. An inspiration, mentor, galvaniser and exceptional craftsman.

Studio Manager

A Carbon Studio Manager is a role that is central to delivering exceptional creative solutions seamlessly to our clients. The ability to do so is reliant on your ideas, methods and modalities to bring the right resources to the right projects at the right times. You’re the boss when it comes to how we manage and deploy resources. All projects need to filter through you to ensure timelines, resources and budgets allow us to do our very best work in the best way possible. More broadly we need your eyes, ears and voice to create further rigour in our business operations.

Motion Designer

A Carbon Designer plays a critical role in the creative team. You bring the ideas to life through high-value design execution. Your final touches sprinkle the magical dust on the creative product. Your critical eye, high standards and creative excellence ensure that all Carbon work is client worthy. Designers at Carbon are also conceptors. We want your imagination to play out into tangible artistic design assets.

Copywriter

A copywriter plays a unique role at Carbon. Unlike other creatives you’ll find yourself supporting Carbon’s own brand marketing efforts alongside the portfolio of clients we represent. You’ll have multiple creative outlets from storytelling for big budget campaigns, script development for documentaries to making our own social media pages bubble and fizz. In our business writing isn’t a supporting role, it’s the driving force to exceptional creative work.

Account Director

A Carbon Account Director is a role of great importance. An AD is the face of the Carbon business and must defend, uphold and drive our brand and our reputation at all times. You are the person that our clients will build long meaningful relationships with. Relationships built on mutual trust and respect. Internally, you are also the client’s brand guardian ensuring they get the very best from the Carbon experience. You are a mentor, inspiration and example setter for junior account management team members.

Account Manager

A Carbon Account Manager is a role of great importance. An AM is the face of the Carbon business and must defend, uphold and drive our brand and our reputation at all times.
