The Brief

DFI recently unveiled the largest premium Guardian outlet in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpar, with a view to establishing a pioneering immersive digital environment that spans the entirety of the in-store shopping journey. DFI briefed Carbon to help them digitalise and beautify the in-store experience.

Our Solution

Striking a balance between forging an immersive brand experience and effectively conveying promotional messaging in a engaging and resonant manner, Carbon used 3D motion and simulation design to create connected content pieces that mapped the in-store customer journey. Holographic image technology was used to create a animated customer care avatar at the centre of the store.
